The staff are incredibly nice and the service is amazing. Food is always consistently delicious, me and my friends love going and always leave full and satisfied. Favorite restaurant on cabot street for sure!

My fav sushi place. Great food that is well prepared and presented. The staff is always warm and welcoming and they do remember you. We were at the art show in downtown and they called out and waved to my husband. They were also the very first, well maybe second, call post baby delivery. Planning my NYE menu as I sit writing this. Highly recommend.

Kind of pricey with small cramped dinning. The plates are not very big. The food is very delicious.

This is our go-to for local sushi. It's relaxed and easy. Try not to overlap with Cabot showtimes. Other times you can pick your table and have it for as long as needed to unwind. When we make the hike into Boston we pay 30 percent more for the same meal.

Best sushi restaurant around. My family has been going here for as long as I can remember. The staff knows us well now, and the sushi is always fresh and delicious. I couldn't recommend it anymore. It's always something to look forward to. I would highly recommend the spicy tuna, and lobster maki.

One of the best sushi in town. If youÒ€ℒre new to the area or looking for a small business to support you should definitely check out Kame. The staff is friendly and the food is amazing. I always go for the Bo Special, definitely a go to along with the many other great eats. Never had a bad experience every time I go. The price is reasonable as well.

Food is delicious, staff are very polite. The owner, "BO" will greet you from behind the sushi bar, ready to answer any questions you have, prepare what course you like, and have a couple of laughs as well. They have a great selection of saki, and authentic Japanese seating. If you don't know what I mean then come check it out. You'll enjoy the food, the staff, the spirits, and the atmosphere.

My absolutely FAVE place to get sushi. I used to go to college in Beverly, and this was a frequent spot for me and some housemates to get dinner! The prices aren't too bad, considering it's sushi. The food always tastes fresh and amazing, and I love the staff here! Highly recommend if you're a sushi fan, though they have other options if you aren't (like rice dishes, bento boxes, etc.). Best sushi around, nowhere else I've been can compare! Also their fried ice cream is the BEST.

Pretty cute atmosphere, strong drinks, and great sushi from what I tried. Service was a bit slow but good experience overall.

Questions & Answers

Most likely....visa works in every country I've visited in my experience :)

For that level of detail, you need to call Kame or better still, if your local, stop in after the lunch rush at 1:30 or so. They close in late afternoon to prep for dinner service, so check their hours. My understanding is that Japanese restaurants make rice in large batches so the one thing that might be difficult to vary for individual diners is how the rice is prepared. Kame does offer some items like Maki Mono with brown rice. I have no direct knowlege of their cooking process but they may make the brown rice differently. Lastly, Ming Tsai is a famous Boston-area restauranteur who was v innovative in accommodating diners w food restrictions - mostly allergies, but that can include alcohol. He started something of a movement in such accommodation and his people may know area Japanese restaurants that can meet your friend's dietary requirements. His restaurants are Blue Dragon & ChowStirs. If nothing else they might give you information to help your research.
